What are hydrogenated fats?
Hydrogenated fats behave like saturated fats within our body, and when consumed in excess they can contribute to increased blood cholesterol levels.
Partially hydrogenated fats are most commonly found in industrially-processed foods, such as: margarines, crisps, frozen chips, pastries, the majority of fast food and many ready-made foods.
